Get the smoker fired up and try these three easy to smoke cuts of Wagyu beef. You will get an approximately 2.0# Bavette (sirloin flap) steak. This nicely marbled cut is longer grain like a brisket so it will take a marinade if you choose to go that route. We normally smoke it slow for 30 minutes then finish it like a steak.
