Get the smoker fired up and try these three easy to smoke cuts of Wagyu beef. You will get an approximately 2.0# Bavette (sirloin flap) steak. This nicely marbled cut is longer grain like a brisket so it will take a marinade if you choose to go that route. We normally smoke it slow for 30 minutes then finish it like a steak. Just cut cross grain and you have perfect steak, snack bites or salad topper cuts out of the fridge

You also will get an approximately 1.8# Wagyu Tri Tip. This is a very well marbled cut and is a popular choice for many smokers. finally there is an approximately 1.4# Wagyu flank steak. The flank steaks are naturally lean but cook up nicely and slice cross grain
